TTK Company is one of the five largest Russian communications service providers. The main shareholder of TTK is OJSC RZD, which owns 99.99% of the Company shares. The Company is one of the major providers of route communications services for providers and biggest corporations of Russia, and also is one of the leading providers of broadband Internet access, TV and VoIP to regional end customers.

TTK operates and serves one of the biggest Russian fiber-optic communications lines of more than 76,000 km and carrying capacity of more than 3.4 Tbit/sec. The transcontinental route of TTK EurasiaHighway is connected to networks of almost all surrounding countries including China, Japan, Mongolia, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Finland, Baltic and CIS countries and is the optimal route between Europe and Asia.

Company TTK actively operates both on the operator and the corporate markets. Customers of the Company are mainly geographically-distributed businesses. These are primarily railway carriers as well as state enterprises and large corporations. Currently, TTK has implemented large-scale telecommunications projects for state organizations and large commercial corporations. The Company’s customers include the Ministry of Emergency Situations, MIA, Regional customs authorities, the Russian Academy of Sciences, Roskosmos, OKB Sukhoy, KnAAPA, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Bank Russkiy Standart, Mezhbiznesbank, Ingosstrakh, Uralsib, Norilskiy Nikel, SUAL, PG MAIR, YevrazRuda, Yevrokhim, Vympelcom, Megafon, MTS, and VGTRK.

TTK obtained quality certificates for the services which are the most essential in the telecommunications market (provision of a backbone digital communication channel, Internet access, creation of virtual private networks), as well as certified quality management system. These certificates allowed TTK to promote its image as a client-oriented company and to establish an approach to business where quality comes first.

Branches of Company TTK located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Saratov, Khabarovsk, Chelyabinsk, Chita, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Yaroslavl, and Minsk (Republic of Belarus) support customers and promote services in the regions.
